Trout Fishing

Bank or boat, river or loch, whichever type of trout fishing you choose the backdrop is guaranteed to be breath-taking with some of Skye’s most iconic views as their backdrop while you seek out the beautiful wild brown trout and sea trout.

Easy access options include taking a boat out on Storr Lochs and is a delightful way to spend the day where it’s unlikely we’ll see other fisher. Sometimes getting off the beaten track is and walking to one of our secret hill lochs, only accessible on foot is the order of the day.

Salmon & Sea Trout Fishing

Skye’s longest river, The Snizort is incredibly picturesque and offers challenging fishing for salmon and sea trout fishing – recording the highest catches year after year. The upper reaches are narrow, steep and fast, a typical highland spate river. The lower beats are more accessible with some great pools and glides. Night is also fishing available for the keen sea trout angler.
